EVIDENCE:

Regarding PC Taylor "always OIC" or not - During my VA on 1st June, I asked Hurst if he was now OIC of Mr X's reports. He said he wasn't, he was just conducting the interview due to my complaints against Taylor, he told me a new OIC was due to be allocated. I can't evidence this as unfortunately I didn't think to record this conversation. However I do have email evidence available that proves Taylor WAS at one point removed as OIC (Critchley states otherwise). I will upload these emails as soon as I am able to.
