MY STATEMENT OF TRUTH:

The audio ICall.0028 is self explanatory.
However, I do mention the IOPC on this ICall. As detailed in further ICalls, my complaint 'appeals' were directed to the GMCA (Greater Manchester Combined Authority) rather than the IOPC This in itself seems strange when you view the GMCA website and their 'complaint handling' history. I beg to be corrected, but as far as I can make out, the only complaints that the GMCA handled in the year April 2021 to April 2022, were against the Lord Mayor and the Deputy Lord Mayor? Why are my complaints so 'special' that they need to be (corruptly) dealt with by the GMCA?
Again, I do stand to be corrected on this point - if I have misinterpreted their website information.
