10th AUGUST Crime reported to West Midlands Police.

I learnt online that Cheese had been arrested and charged.

17th AUGUST Cheesy Guy appeared at Birmingham Magistrates Court, pleaded not guilty and trial set for Jan 2025.

He was released on bail.

Still in his 'court togs' he posted another video threatening Tommy again!

17th AUGUST I called WMP to update the crime report with this new evidence. After the usual nonsense that I always seem to be subject to, re incorrect reference numbers supplied to me, it was eventually confirmed that my crime report had in fact, been acted upon.

A link was sent to me to add the new evidence.

Before I got round to sending it, a second threatening, post court video, was also uploaded by the Cheesy Guy!

I logged both new videos as evidence, and included the fact that, besides anything else, several motoring offences had been committed.
