8th AUGUST Text received from MET stating ...
"The video in question is currently under review" with CAD Ref 3220 of the 08/08/24.
Although the text appeared to be an automatically generated message, it turns out that the CAD Ref supplied was incorrect by one digit (strange).
​22nd AUGUST I called MET for an update, the really helpful 101 operator struggled at first as she couldn't find the report, she actually said "that's really strange"
It was eventually ascertained why - The correct CAD Ref was 3320 of the 08/08/24.
The recording below is shortened as we spent the first 6 minutes trying to find the report!
As it was confirmed (on X) that he had indeed been arrested, charged and on remand, I was satisfied and didn't follow up the Option 9 that was suggested.

23rd OCTOBER It was reported that Ricky Jones had been released on bail!

24th OCTOBER Due to the news that Jones has been released on bail, I will be following my crime report up today, and updating with recording here, as soon as I can.
Although it satisfies me immensely knowing that it was my crime report that led to this horrible, evil bastard being locked up in Wormwood Scrubs for 2 months, it's not right that he should be out on bail as he's clearly unhinged!
