MY STATEMENT OF TRUTH:

Mellor's allegations, that GMP had already NFA'd three times - Fifty or so cherry picked 'threatening' messages sent by me. Messages that only shown one side of the conversation.
PC TAYLOR challenged me at interview with the messages that I had sent, I easily explained them and challenged her myself - how can they possibly be deemed as 'threatening'? I offered to supply any parts of the conversation that I still had available to me at this point, as further proof that these allegations were nonsense.

My phone with that particular conversation on, had been badly
damaged, and at that time, I had presumed that I had lost the entire                  conversation forever. However, following the March interview, I
was still able to supply a great deal of that conversation, as I had
some of it logged with my solicitors for my civil case against Mr X.

This was more than enough to prove my innocence even more so. These screenshots and the other accompanying 20 plus items of defence evidence, are the emails that PC Taylor then disgustingly refused to acknowledge/receive.

                                                 In May I went to the trouble of having my phone looked                                                     at by two separate phone technicians and between them                                                   they managed to fix the phone, and the entire two sided                                                   conversation from start to finish was now available.
                                                 In late May, I let PC Taylor know this, and also let her                                                         know that I could now supply even MORE defence                                                             evidence, as I now had the entire two sided conversation available for police scrutiny.

By this time this 'crime' report had been sat idle at GMP with no movement or action whatsoever for nearly three months following my interview. Therefore as this 'crime' was still with Taylor, she now had access to new important evidence to add to the the crime report to send to the CPS. Just a reminder again - this crime report where I am the 'suspect' had been earmarked for the CPS REGARDLESS of defence offered and evidence supplied.
