STATEMENT OF TRUTH;

In December 2021, Superintendent Helen Critchley began 'investigating' my complaint against Chief Inspector Danny O'Neill. I refused to submit the audio recording until O'Neill had been spoken to - this was in order to try and avoid O'Neill manipulating his answers to fit the recording words.

O'Neill denied being party to the malfeasance that Davies quite openly
discussed with me - he basically said, that PC Davies had made the whole thing up!
 
Critchley relayed this to me and 'understood' why I would be upset and
'apologised' on behalf of GMP, and thought that should be the end of
the matter? She didn't feel the need to look into how and why, such
an important communication/decision had been relayed to me so
worryingly incorrectly?
