I AM THE SUSPECT.

Stalking with fear of violence 2020.

Forty or so cherry picked one sided messages from a two month
conversation.
The worst message being "my boys will speak to you regarding
the abuse and slander of their mother".

The full conversation actually shows that crimes have been committed by the victim, not the suspect.

From the same conversation, a very small selection of the 'victims' words to me, the 'suspect' ...
"fat prostitute whore ... is your mother dead yet, hope so ... there's going to be a bloodbath ... women and children will get hurt ... we will take the weak and vulnerable hostage ... life threatening injuries with obnoxious substances".

This 'crime' report is the one PC Mark Davies came to speak to me about on 6th September 2022.
Earmarked for the CPS, even before the 'suspect' had chance to defend herself. Earmarked for the CPS regardless of interview and evidence offered.

With the evidence above, I should have been going to the CPS as the victim, not the suspect!

I AM THE VICTIM.

Stalking with fear of violence 2019.

Reported to the Met in April 2019, but not investigated by them, nor transferred to GMP.
Hundreds of text threats and malicious threatening phone calls (recorded).
Then an email sent to me proving that he had been on my street, which is 200 miles from where he lives. He wanted me to be sure that he had been on my street as he wanted me to take the threats from the same period seriously.

No Further Action decision 1 - Three proven b**locks excuses from GMP.
No Further Action decision 2 - Insufficient evidence.

I AM THE VICTIM
Malicious communications and stalking with fear of violence 2020.

Over 600 screenshots of malicious communications and direct threats of violence.

First attempted report to GMP in 2020 - Mishandled, therefore crime not logged.
Second attempt to report to GMP in May 2022 - Just ignored. Quite simply ignored.
Third attempt to report in June 2022 - Lied to by GMP, and not logged as a crime.

I AM THE SUSPECT
Alleged breach of non molestation order (see Nonsense NMO page for detail of the NMO).

The 'victim' claimed the NMO had been breached. This was completely false and malicious. One call to the court in question would have cleared the matter up instantly (as indeed it did later).

Two attempted unlawful arrests of me.
Interview under caution.
NFA (as proven by the court).
The existence of the attempts to arrest me, then attempted to be hidden.
